Happiness: A secret of a happy life
Everyone wants happiness in his/her life. Happiness never be experienced unless you feel sadness. Sadness comes due to your own reasons. Whatever you think that should be aligned with your statement and act. It means कथनी और करनी में अंतर नहीं होना चाहिए. People generally transfer the reason of their sadness to others. The reason behind this only the confusion. Happiness depends on your desires. Less of desires in life, more the happiness. इसीलिए कहा गया है कि पैर उतने ही फैलाइये जितनी लम्बी चादर हो it means do not go out of your capacity. It is a basic reason of unhappiness, because un-fulfilment of desires convert into the unhappiness. Do not underestimate yourself it is hidden barrier of happiness. Big confidence is basic step of happiness. No other then yourself can find out the reason/s of your unhappiness. You and only you can win over sadness by removing those hidden causes/barriers from the inside of you. Simply if you are sad for one minute, means you are unhappy for 60 second. One minute in comparison to 60 second seems a smaller unit than the 60 seconds but in fact it does not. But it can happen that one minute’s Sad spoil your 60 times happiness. It means people keep their sad moments longer than the moments of happiness. Happiness is a shared phenomenon but sadness is individual phenomena. It means you have to bear Sadness yourself but happiness is experienced in sharing with other people. For example if you laugh, other can laugh but when you sad, no one will come to join your sadness. Do not over expect from other [even do not expect anything from others]. Non fulfillment of expectation is the reason of unhappiness.
So big deal is: Never allow to dominant the shadow of sadness over the happiness. This is one of the great success for the happiness of life.
